Stalls not registered properly, without a valid Google document contract, or posing a health and safety risk to the public will be closed and removed from the event
All goods must strictly conform to organizers requirements, or they will be removed
Any equipment brought by stallholders must be agreed upon prior to arrival and must not pose any type of hazard for the Event participants
Stall positions cannot be changed once established without the Event management’s prior permission
Stall location is allocated on a first come first serve basis. The stall locations are allocated by the Stalls Manager

Terms & Conditions
Under no circumstances will any person be allowed to set up a stall unless they have applied and have been accepted by the Festival Management team and in particular, the Stalls Manager
All stallholders will be given one free parking space and 2 free adult entries only. If additional Helpers and cars are required to setup your stall, then they will need to purchase entry tickets and car parking tickets before being allowed access to the site
The Event management reserves the right to accept or refuse any application at their discretion without disclosing their reasons
The Event management reserves the right to stop immediately the sales of any goods at the Event
Please note that the stalls area is not a segregated area. However, all stallholders are expected to adhere to Islamic etiquette, which include ensuring that all staff on your stall dress appropriately for a Muslim event. Failure to do so will result in the closure of your stall
PGM gives no guarantee to the numbers that will attend this event and accepts no responsibility for the response to your stall
The following items are strictly not permitted, Food of any kind, sweets, drinks, or henna/face painting. These will be provided entirely by the Event organizers themselves
Under no circumstances can stallholders sell illegal items, banned products, promote illegal or immoral activities or support illegal groups/organizations
No unauthorized advertising material can be distributed
All fixed charges must be paid before the Event
PGM has no provision if it rains and accepts no responsibility if any items are damaged due to the elements
By accepting the offer of a stall, the applicant agrees to all the conditions stated therein
Contravention of any of the above conditions will result in the closure of the stall and we will not allow you to have a stall at future PGM events
If any stall holder is seen extending their stall space outside of their agreed space, they will be liable to pay a charge of £200 per day
Pakistan Global Mela do not provide gazebos to retail or food stall holders. Please ensure the gazebos that you purchase can withstand extreme weather conditions. PGM do not take any liability for any damage caused to gazebos that cannot withstand the weather conditions. PGM do not take any responsibility in providing replacement gazebos should your own gazebo attain damage. Any gazebos which are not fit for purpose or, upon assessment, do not meet health and safety standards, will be removed by event management staff.
Stall Cost & Booking
All stallholders will be provided with a 10ft square space to promote and sell their products. PGM will provide a single 6ft table and 1 chair. There is no electricity supply available for the stallholders
PGM accepts no responsibility for any loss of goods during this event
The stallholder is responsible for ensuring that all rules and regulations are strictly adhered to and that all rubbish is cleared at the end of each day. Any breach of this agreement will result in your stall being removed and you being barred from future PGM events
